Use: Squeeze 1 to 2 cms on a moistened toothbrush.

The quality of brushing is essential for oral hygiene. When done correctly, it eliminates dental plaque and tartar, responsible for the formation of cavities and gum inflammations. It also stimulates the gums, live substrate of the teeth.
For optimal effectiveness, brush your teeth after each meal, for 2 to 3 minutes, always moving from the gum to the tooth.
It is preferable to avoid hard brushes, that wound the gums and can expose the crown’s base.
A toothbrush must be rinsed thoroughly after use, and dried to prevent the proliferation of bacteria.
Toothbrushes should be changed every 3 months: as soon as the hairs become curved, the toothbrush loses its effectiveness.
